4 Reasons You Should Buy A Home This Summer…

Edgar DeJesus • August 5, 2021

Here are my thoughts on why you might want to consider purchasing a home this summer if you’re able to.

Start Your Pre-approval
  1. All of the recent reports released over the last 30-90 days are sharing equity, and home prices continue to increase; there's no sign of home depreciation in the near future. Waiting on the sideline means you’ll pay more for a home if you buy 6, 12, or 24 months from now.
  2. Mortgage rates are the lowest that they have been in many years. This is a sure way of paying the least amount of money per month if you’re not a cash buyer.
  3. Buying is more affordable than renting. Rent prices are continuing to increase compared with a mortgage payment where your principal and interest total monthly payment remains the same
  4. There is just no place like your very own home.

I’ve also put together a complete homebuyer’s ebook to help you better understand the pros and cons of buying a home this summer.
